Who is Jeff Sinclair’s Accuser?

Jeff Sinclair’s accuser [ACCUSER] is an unmarried Captain in the United States Army. She and Sinclair both admit to an affair lasting roughly two and a half years.

By late 2011, ACCUSER grew increasingly distraught that Sinclair did not intend to leave his wife and children, and marry her. She conceded this fact both in her personal journal and in her text messages to Sinclair.

In early 2012, ACCUSER felt increasingly isolated and admitted her affair to a commanding officer. A week later, after prompting from her Army defense counsel, she alleged that, on two occasions, Sinclair compelled her to perform oral sex.

ACCUSER refuses to specify on which dates these two incidents occurred, though Sinclair voluntarily submitted to two polygraph tests that covered the full range of dates when she alleges the crimes took place.
