The Army’s Article 32 hearing was open to press. In presenting partial transcripts of the hearing, this site is making more widely available information and discourse that leading national news organizations observed in November 2012.

ACCUSER’s text messages to General Sinclair, as well as her journal entries, were presented as defense evidence at the Article 32 hearing. Though ACCUSER’s charges against Gen. Sinclair are false, this site has scrupulously redacted any mention of her name or information that would allow others to determine her identity. This site has also redacted the names of other persons not associated directly with the defense or prosecution.
